The peaks in Parque Nacional Los Glaciares tower above crashing waves in Patagonian Argentina. I captured this image on my first day in Patagonia in the autumn of 2018. The weather gods of Patagonia gave me a proper welcome with wind gusts over 60mph (95kph) and rain/snow. Weather like this creates lots of drama but also makes photography extremely challenging!
An Andean Condor soars near Aguaja Poincenot in Patagonian Argentina. Watching these massive birds silently glide through the air is something that I will never forget. With wingspans ranging from 8-10 feet, the Andean Condors are some of the largest birds on the planet.
